The ENGEL INSERT 200H/70 is a professional vertical injection moulding machine specially designed for insert molding and precision technical plastic applications. Built with ENGEL’s compact and robust machine concept, this model has been widely used for many years in the automotive, electronics, cable technology and technical plastics industries.
One of the major advantages of this machine is its rotary table system. This design allows the operator to load inserts on one side while production continues on the other side. As a result, cycle times are reduced and production becomes safer and more efficient. Compared to conventional horizontal injection moulding machines, the ENGEL INSERT series offers a much more ergonomic and controlled process for insert placement. Thanks to the vertical clamping system, inserts remain stable inside the mould, enabling highly precise production results.
The ENGEL control system used on this machine is known for stable process management and reliable operation. Its user-friendly interface allows easy handling in daily production.
The machine has approximately 51,944 operating hours and was reportedly in running condition until removed from production.
