Selo SSB2000 Steamed cake donut line. 2022, The SSB 2000 is designed for a continuous production of Steamed Cake donuts starting from the infeed of trays in a steam tunnel with continuous transport by conveyor belts. At the start of the SSB 2000, the baking trays are greased and filled with the dough and positioned on the conveyor belt which is taking over the filled baking trays for the transfer to the steam tunnel. The donut dough is steamed in a different time range, depending on recipe and product size. After the steaming process, the trays with the ready Steamed Cake Donuts are automatically depanned and transported, while in the meantime the trays are re-filled and circulated without washing. The maximum capacity of the SSB 2000 is approximately 20.000 Steamed Cake donuts per hour. The maximum capacity of steamed mini cake donuts will be approximately 45.000 per hour.
